Connecting a Loyalty Account with a Check
After you have opened a check and rung in at least the drink order, you are able to connect it to a loyalty account. Go to the payment screen by hitting CC AUTH. On the following screen, select CARD LOOKUP.

This will open a window to enter the guest’s phone number. You enter either: the guest’s phone number OR the guest’s 4-digit account code given from their app. (This code is only valid for 180 minutes.) Then hit ENTER.

This will automatically load a card number into the CC line, and you will click Enter. This will change the options to the left of the CC window and you will see an Uno Extras button (instead of the Gift Card or Credit Card buttons).
