This report will show your actual Cost of Goods by category similar to the old Positouch Cost of Sales Report. This report will available each week after you post your inventory, so you should use this once your inventory is posted to review your sales and costs.
- Under the Inventory tab, select Reports and then choose the Profit and Loss
- Select the Begin Post Date and the End Post Date the reporting period and hit retrieve. The report shows Gross sales for each Category on the Top section with Food and Beverage Costs below.
- There is also a payroll section in the report that will show the breakdown for FOH and BOH dollars and percentages.
